Role: Cloud Application Developer
Responsibilities:
Design and build scalable REST APIs and integrate third-party APIs
Work on multiple stacks - Backend, Frontend, Databases, Infra, etc.
Unify data structures across multiple internal systems
Implement scalable, robust, and highly available solutions
Identify and scope out solutions with clean modular code
Participate in Sprint Planning activities - sizing, estimations, and assessments
Conduct peer-to-peer code reviews and write unit test cases
Work with the QA team to ensure timely and quality code delivery
Demonstrate features and functionality developed
Technical and General Skills
Required:
Quick learner, good at math and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Fair working knowledge of design patterns
Good in Data Structures and writing algorithms
Experience working on MVC frameworks
1+ year of experience in writing code in Java, Python, Ruby, or JavaScript
Knowledge of Relation DBs, Git, using an IDE, writing unit test cases
Willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Open-minded and collaborative
