About the Role:
The Data Transformation Analyst I is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of customer data within S&P Global Mobility's systems. This role works cross-functionally with both technical and business teams to identify and resolve data quality issues. The team is focused on maintaining high standards for data accuracy and quality, contributing to business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the accuracy of customer data in the systems.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve discrepancies in customer data.
Research and improve the accuracy of customer data, such as name, address, phone number, zip code, and website.
Manually input data to augment records where necessary.
Communicate data quality problems to both technical and business teams.
Gain an understanding of data transformation processes and contribute to the development of data quality rules.
Contribute to the customer matching process to enhance data integration.
About You:
Enjoys data entry and analytical problem-solving.
Likes working on puzzles and understanding how pieces of data fit together.
Able to think critically and independently while collaborating with others to implement ideas.
Values data accuracy and its impact on users.
Skilled at analyzing why data issues occur and implementing corrective actions.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
0-2 years of experience in data quality management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Willing to work in rotational shifts, including US and UK time zones.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
