Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight:
Manage end-to-end product operations to ensure that products meet telecom industry standards.
Work with various teams like Engineering, Design, and Operations to ensure smooth product launches and ongoing operations.
Revenue Tracking & Optimization:
Monitor product performance to track key revenue metrics.
Identify areas for enhancement and implement strategies to maximize product revenue.
Product Testing & Maintenance:
Test live products in collaboration with operators and sales teams to ensure performance.
Maintain hygiene standards for all products.
Market & Competitive Analysis:
Conduct market research and benchmark against competitors.
Recommend strategies to drive revenue growth.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to align product strategies with operational and revenue goals.
Skill Requirements:
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for tracking operations and reporting.
Experience with Revenue Tracking and Enhancement, especially in telecom products.
Knowledge of Digital Marketing strategies is a plus.
Proactive, self-starter with strong collaboration skills.
Educational Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech, BBA, BCA, MBA or equivalent qualifications.
